HELLER INDUSTRIES INTRODUCES A NEW FLUX
REMOVAL SYSTEM
Heller Industries introduces a new flux removal system
for both air and nitrogen reflow ovens that extends maintenance intervals
up to 300%. This new system eliminates filters, pumps, water, radiators
and chillers. Instead, by combining a gas-to-gas heat exchanger and cyclonic
separation, flux is trapped outside the oven chamber. This process allows
preventive maintenance procedures to be performed while the oven is running
and elimi-nates the downtime required to clean heat exchangers or to clean
and dispose of filters, making Heller's ovens virtually maintenance-free.
The new flux removal system is avail-able on all new Heller EXL Series
reflow ovens, and may be field- retrofitted to existing Heller nitrogen
ovens.
