HELLER INDUSTRIES NAMES RICK PITKIN SERVICE MANAGER
FLORHAM PARK, NJ - Heller Industries announces the appointment of Rick Pitkin to the position of Service Manager for Domestic and International territories. He has responsibility for the service department of Heller's reflow ovens, which includes coordinating customer visits, monitoring part order placement and shipment, and assisting the Technical Manager with customer issues.
Pitkins appointment represents a response to the growth of Heller's customer base throughout the world. Previously, this region was managed by Jeffrey Brewen who has been named Technical Service Manager.
Prior to joining Heller, Pitkin was employed by Universal Instruments Corporation in Binghamton, New York, as a Product/Technical Specialist with a decade of experience in Surface Mount products and customer relations. He holds an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Broome Community College, Binghamton, NY.
